Phimbani ndi kuphika mpaka mbatata ili yofewa - pafupi mphindi khumi.
Onjezerani nsomba ndikupitiriza kuphika msuzi pa moto wochepa mpaka nsomba imangoyenda pamatenda, pafupifupi mphindi zisanu kapena kuposa.
Chotsani tsamba la Bay.
Onetsetsani 1/2 chikho cha supu ndi kirimu. Pukutani pang'ono kirimu ndikuonjezera chisakanizo ku supu. Fukani ndi mbewu za katsabola.

Onjezerani kombu, ginger, bweretsani kwa chithupsa ndi kuchepetsa kutentha, osalola kuti supu yiritsani zambiri. Kuphika kutentha kwakukulu kwa mphindi 20-30. Onetsani mchere kuti mulawe. Sungani msuzi ndi kusunga mutu. Dulani nyama zonse kuchokera kumutu, ndi kuwonjezera pa poto.
